Basic Features

Custom ThemeA custom theme for your website will be created by our in-house graphic designer. You will be able to approved your design before we integrate it into your website. If you have a list of a few website s that you like we can use them as the basis of your website.
Browser-based content managementYou will have a special login to your website that will allow you to make changes to most of the pages on the site. For HTML areas of the website we have a WYSIYYG (what you see is what you get) editor that hides the HTML code from you to make it much easier to edit the content. Our video tutorials will make learning how to edit your pages easier.
Events CalenderIntegrate a calendar of up-in-coming events on your website. When the event has past it will be removed from the list. For clients that have many events during a month an advanced calendar integration will be used so visitors can browse a month view of your events.
Contact FormContact forms are used to allow your visitors to contact you. They can also be used for questionnaires, register forms, surveys, or polls. The submissions are saved in a database table and can optionally be mailed to a nominated e-mail address upon submission.
Social NetworkingYour theme will have icons with links to your facebook, twitter, and other news feed.

Other Included Features

Support Tracking SystemIf you need help with your website you can contact us through our support pages. We also have a live chat system where you can enter a private chat with a member of our support team. We do strive to provide the best support available.
Google MapsEmbed Google maps on your website. Allows user quickly to find locations.
ImagesImage profiles will be setup on your website. This will allow a single picture to be displayed in multiple sizes on different sections on your website. Images can be easily uploaded to your website through your internet browser.
StatisticsDetailed website stats are included. Access your stats right from your website.
Export / ArchiveYou will be able to download a full backup of your website. This export will contain all the content, templates, and other settings from your website.

Community

Import Current WebsiteWe can import your current site or blog. Please contact us for details.
GroupsEnable users to create and manage their own 'groups'. Each group can have subscribers, and maintains a group home page where subscribers communicate amongst themselves. Groups may be selective or not. Selective groups require approval in order to become a member, or even invitation -only groups.
ForumsLets you create threaded discussion boards, called forums, on your site. This is similar to a message board system such as phpBB. Forums are very useful because they allow community members to discuss topics with one another, and the discussions are archived for future reference. Topics, or threaded discussions, are posted to a forum. Each topic is comprised of an initial post and replies, or comments. Forum topics can have their own URLs.
User ProfilesThis will enable websites with members to display information about each user. Users can upload images, edit their contact details and bio, and control what appears on their profile page. Specific information can be displayed depending on the type of user that visits the profile page. Thumbnail profile images can be used in other areas like the forum, blog, etc.
Multiple User PermissionFor installations needing different levels of users we can define roles which have only the permission they will need.
NewsletterOffer a newsletter to your vistors. You can manage the mailing list through your own website or we can integrate with Mail Chimp or Constant Contacts.
BlogSupport for individual or a multi-user blog. Comments can be configured so that all will need to be approved, only registered users can leave one, or comments are disabled.

Hosting Platform

Drupal UpdatesWe will keep your website up-to-date with the latest security and bug fixes. As these updates are released they will include added functionality and new features to your website. Your control panel will show all updates and will detail any major features.

Integration

Facebook ConnectAllow users to login to your website using their Facebook account. Users that want this feature will have to have an existing Facebook account and will have to do set their account up to support this feature. Instructions will be provided.
Facebook Like ButtonGive Facebook users the ability to "like" content that you have identified. Any content that they like will show up on the users Facebook page.
Twitter AdvancedShow tweets from your twitter account on your website. You can also post message directly from your website to Twitter and the tweet will then be displayed on your website.
Feed AggregationImport XML feeds from different sources and display them on your website. Feed items can be manually approved or automatically imported.

Media

Embedded VideoEmbed videos from a third part service on your website. The following providers are supported: Vimeo, YouTube.
VideosAllows users to upload videos to their website. Flash encoded videos can be setup to be displayed in a flash player or can be embedded in the a webpage using html5.
Image GalleryUsers with permission can create image galleries and add photos. Each photo can have a title and or description. Images can be automatically resized when they are uploaded. Users can quickly crop images when they are uploaded.

Search Engine Optimizations

Site IndexThis will help your maximize search engine positioning for your website. A Site Index is one of your most valuable pages and should be included in every website you build.
XML SitemapAll major search engines including Google, Yahoo, and Bing will use a sitemap to index your website. This allows changes to show up in the search engine shortly after you publish the change. The search engine will read your sitemap and can identify which of your pages need to be reindexed.
URL AliasesAll the webpages on the websites will have a name and path based upon the type of content and the title of the page. For example on many websites you will see a url like: http://sample.com?id=3sf3s&page=3&user=ud32133. Your links will look like: http://sample.com/news/announcing-new-website. This will improve how search engines index your website and look more professional to your visitors.
Site SearchYour website will have an advanced search engine. It has the ability to search thousands of pages in a few seconds.

Ecommerce

Online StoreAn advanced shopping cart that will integrates with the rest of your website. It is highly configurable with many options for shipping, payments, and product types.
Digital DownloadsAdds support for digital downloads (i.e. music, videos, software) in the store. Once payment is approved then the user will get access to the downloads.
PaypalAllow users to pay via Paypal. If this is the only payment method used then a secure certificate and dedicated IP address will not be needed.
Paid MembershipUsers will be able to pay a yearly membership fee to stay an active member. If they do not pay for membership they will automatically lose access to any member areas of the website. Emails will be automatically sent to the users before their expiration is expired. An advanced user can manually override expirations.
Event RegistrationAllow visitors to register for an event. An optional page can be displayed after completing event registration to give the user additional information on the event.

Technology

Powered by DrupalYour website will be powered by the open source framework, Drupal. This provides the backend that handles most of the general functioning of the website. It is a very robust and powerful framework that is used on websites from Whitehouse.gov to grammys.com.
